By commissioning me you agree on the following terms:
- I reserve the right to refuse a project.
- I reserve the right to change the prices and terms while discussing the project as every project is different.(Doesn’t apply once the quote is signed and returned of course.)
- I reserve the right to end a project due to breach of contracts, inappropriate or rude behavior.
- AI references images aren’t good references for me to understand your idea, please avoid them for moodboard, descriptions or even stickfigures drawings (yes, I prefer that than AI ^^)
- Payments are not refundable.
- After 3 times working with me you can claim a free quick commission or a 15% discount for your next project with me !
- I am the sole creator of my work.
- I won’t use commission artwork for sell or only with the permission of the client.
- I reserve the right to publish commercial artworks on my social media or in my portfolio.
- My work shall not be use to train Ai, in any way.
