By commissioning me you agree on the following terms:
1. Anti-AI Policy
All artworks produced by the artist are the result of exclusively human, original, and personal craftsmanship. The artist retains ownership of the work created. The client agrees not to use any part of the commissioned work to train, feed, or supply a generative artificial intelligence system, nor to modify it using such a system, nor to associate it in any way with content generated by artificial intelligence.2. Payment Terms
Payment may be made either in full upon signing the contract or 50% upon signing the contract and 50% upon delivery of the final, bearing the artist's logo. The final file without the logo is delivered only after full payment.3. Refund Policy
The client may request a refund based on the following sliding scale, determined by the progress of the commission: seventy percent (70%) of the total price if the request is made at least two weeks before the scheduled start date of the work; fifty percent (50%) before the initial sketches are sent; thirty percent (30%) before color approval. No refund may be claimed once color approval has been given.4. Workflow
The commission is deemed accepted upon the signing of the contract and the payment of the initial installment. At least one week prior to the agreed start date, the client must provide the artist with a comprehensive brief, including all relevant descriptions and visual references. On the scheduled start date, the artist will send the client three initial sketches. In the days following the client's feedback on these sketches, a final sketch will be produced; subsequently, following feedback, one to four color proofs will be submitted. Once the colors have been approved, the final file will be delivered within an average turnaround time of one to fifteen days. Three simple revisions are included at each of these stages; beyond this, the artist may charge additional fees based on the resulting workload.5. Delays attributable to the client
If the agreed deadline is missed due to the client—specifically due to excessive response times—and in the absence of a new agreement between the parties, an additional fee of ten percent (10%) per week of delay will be applied. Delays resulting from events beyond the parties' control (illness, accident, etc., subject to proof) shall not incur any penalty.6. Delays attributable to the artist

Any payment delay occurring after the delivery of the final project will result in an additional fee of ten percent (10%) per week of delay.8. Loyalty card
A loyalty card is issued upon completion of each project to clients who have complied with these terms and conditions. Once completed, this card entitles the client to choose between a fifteen percent (15%) discount on a new order (excluding "pre-made" designs and quick commissions) or a free quick comcommission.9. Resale prohibition
The artist agrees not to assign or sell to any third party any illustration created as part of an order.10. Right of Communication and Disclosure
The artist is authorized to share the work—whether in progress or completed—on her social media channels and in her portfolio once the client has published the work or after one month after the project’s completion. Any confidentiality agreement requested by the client shall incur additional fees calculated based on the total project price, depending on the desired non-disclosure period: thirty percent (30%) for a period of three months, fifty percent (50%) for a period of three to eleven months, and one hundred percent (100%) for a period of one year or more.11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
French law applies, and the courts of Paris, France, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any decision regarding the interpretation and performance of this contract.
